Villa al Alba
In the region of ‘La Axarquía’ in the municipality of Velez Málaga you may find the tourist and sailor village of Torre del Mar. Within this village is one of the most prestigious developments of the area, ‘Viña Málaga’, which begins in the heart of the village and extends towards the hills, finding at its highest point, dominating both sea and mountain, our home: Villa al Alba. Peaceful area only two minutes away from the beach and town centre, yet in the midst of pure nature, surrounded by green areas and some of the most wonderful sights of the meadow of the Vélez river, of the beaches of ‘la Axarquia’ and of the rocky landscapes of Málaga and Granada.
From our house you may access a great number of typical villages of the ‘Axarquía’ region such as: Algarrobo, Competa, Periana, Frigiliana, Nerja, etc. Only 30 Kms from the capital city Málaga and with direct access, through the ‘Mediterráneo’ highway, to the entire western coast area where you may find the tourist towns of Torremolinos, Fuengirola, Mijas, Marbella and a never-ending list of places.
In the surroundings of our house you may find a great number of places to practice leisure activities such as: a golf course, camping sites, a nudist beach, malls, a bus station, water parks, a kart circuit, the airfield of ‘la Axarquía’, ‘cuevas de Nerja’ (caves of Nerja), ‘Balcón de Europa’ in Nerja (observation point) and our well-known Boardwalk of Torre del Mar, one of the largest in all Europe, washed by the splendid waters of the Mediterranean and with several kilometers of magnificent beaches provided with all kinds of services, ‘chiringuitos’ (beach bars) equipped with deck chairs and sunshade service where you may sample our well-known fried fish of Málaga.
Our house offers six rooms fully equipped with a wealth of detail for a minimum of two guests per room, some of which may be enhanced with one or two extra beds. Breakfast service is included free of charge for all our guests who can enjoy of several common rooms, an entrance hall and lobby where they can relax before entering their rooms in the top floors, connected by a dining hall with a direct way out to the pool area and a stairway leading to the first floor where rooms no. 1 to 4 are located. On the top floor is the attic where rooms no. 5 and 6 are located with their balconies. We also offer quality tourism, in a peaceful place to relax in a laid-back family atmosphere surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden with a small pond full of life, a pool area, a barbecue and large balconies where you may sunbathe in perfect intimacy. If what you are looking for is fun and a lively atmosphere you may find it only two minutes away in Torre del Mar centre.
